Tech Lead (Crypto Project) $$$$ Offline

Hey!
We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our development team!  You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled group on an exciting Crypro project.

(Part-Time)

🧩 Responsibilities

• Design and architect the database schema, including Escrow, Gamification, XP/Rank logic.
• Select the technology stack and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.
• Develop mathematical models for XP, Rank, progression systems, and gamified user mechanics.
• Provide technical leadership: architecture supervision, code review, mentoring developers.
• Collaborate closely with the client's team on requirements, technical decision-making, and roadmap alignment.
• Ensure code quality, security standards, and technical consistency across the project.
   

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience and at least 1–2 years as a Tech Lead.
• Solid understanding of distributed and high-load systems architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL database design.
• Background in crypto/fintech (wallets, transactions, Escrow logic, smart contracts) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to build and formalize mathematical models for XP/Rank and gamification systems.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams.
