Senior Product Manager $$$$ Offline

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our B2C subscription business. You'll own the product vision, experimentation roadmap, and user experience for our digital subscription platform, working in a flat, agile environment with engineering, design, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery to launch
  • Optimize conversion funnels, user flows, and key entry points
  • Design and execute A/B tests; analyze performance with data science teams
  • Act as Product Owner: manage backlog, sprint planning, and delivery
  • Monitor subscription KPIs (LTV, retention, churn, activation) and drive improvements
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Marketing, and Operations
  • Lead UX decisions using behavioral data, user research, and usability testing

     

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital product management (B2C subscription, ecommerce, or consumer tech)
  • Expert in experimentation tools (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel) and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with subscription platforms, payment systems, and scalable architectures
  • Proven track record of shipping products in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in user research methods: surveys, interviews, segmentation, usability studies
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
  • Deep understanding of subscription metrics and customer lifecycle
