Full Stack Developer $$$$ Offline

We’re building the leading insights platform for the nonprofit sector — aggregating, enriching, and analysing millions of datapoints to help software companies, consultants, and accountants understand and serve nonprofits more effectively.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who can move fast, think independently, and help us scale a data-heavy product from MVP to a robust commercial platform.

What you’ll work on:

• Building and improving our web application in TypeScript/React (front-end) and Python/DuckDB (backend).
• Designing clean, scalable APIs that surface insights from large datasets (DuckDB, BigQuery, Postgres).
• Turning messy real-world data into usable features — enrichment, search, scoring, and buyer-signal models.
• Developing performant, responsive front-end components that make complex data simple for users.
• Working closely with the founders to shape the roadmap, architecture, and technical strategy.
• Applied ML/AI and data scraping.

You should have:

• Strong experience with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Understanding of modern data workflows and performance considerations (caching, indexing, querying large datasets).
• Experience building and deploying web apps (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus).
• A pragmatic mindset: you can ship quickly, iterate, and balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
