CRM Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing communication strategies aimed at increasing user retention, loyalty, and overall lifetime value. This role requires a blend of creative communication skills and strong analytical capabilities to optimize user journeys and drive key business metrics.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with key marketing metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with email service providers and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities:
Strategy, Content & Personalization
- Develop and execute the overall CRM communication strategy, focusing on base segmentation and personalization to maximize user relevance.
- Manage the style, texts, and visual aspects of all communication channels, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.

Campaign Management & Execution
- Lead the qualitative and timely preparation of the promotional plan, and subsequent preparation and launch of multi-channel campaigns.
- Design and implement effective trigger and transactional email campaigns, as well as other tactics aimed at increasing user retention and loyalty.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and control key performance metrics (OR%, CR%, BR%; R2D, ARPPU, BC, Bonus on Dep%).
- Conduct continuous analysis and improvement of existing communications.
- Formulate, test, and analyze hypotheses (via AB-tests) to improve conversion and retention rates, and initiate new campaigns to retain and reactivate users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the key liaison for cross-functional collaboration, effectively interacting with the full-cycle team, including developers, copywriters, designers, content specialists, product managers, and affiliates.
