AI/ML Developer

The CGS-team is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer who is passionate about data-driven technologies and determined to excel, to join our team.
 

About us:

The CGS-team has worked with prestigious clients such as Trello, IBM, Cisco, GrowthDay, Cosuno, LiveArtMarket Inc, and HomeLike. Our projects cover HealthCare, Education, Booking, E-commerce, and Blockchain (including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi).

From You:

• 1+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI-driven development
• Strong understanding of recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or personalization models
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Hands-on work with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with NLP, embeddings, or user-behavior modeling is a plus
• Experience integrating ML models into production environments (REST, microservices, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and API integrations
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ML models for personalized content and post recommendations
• Analyzing user interests, activity, and behavioral signals to improve the relevance of the recommendation engine
• Working closely with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI features into the platform
• Maintaining and optimizing existing ML components for scalability and performance
• Supporting integrations with Web2 and Web3 ecosystems where needed
• Continuously improving model accuracy based on real user feedback and product metrics
