Implementation Manager

As we continue to grow across North America and beyond, we're looking for an Implementation Manager (English or/and Spanish) who is passionate about client success, enjoys solving problems, and loves building strong customer relationships.
This is more than an onboarding role β you'll become a trusted partner for our clients, helping them successfully launch and adopt a platform that impacts their daily operations and long-term growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading onboarding projects and ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation
- Guiding clients through setup, configuration, and adoption of the platform
- Building strong relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups
- Configuring workflows, forms, and system settings based on each client's business needs
- Supporting data migration and ensuring data accuracy during implementation
- Collaborating closely with Product and Development teams, including managing Jira requests when needed
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
- Identifying opportunities to expand client usage through additional features and services
- Monitoring onboarding progress and helping clients achieve success milestones
- Maintaining internal documentation and knowledge base resources
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create an exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, Onboarding, Technical Support, Training, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working within SaaS, technology, or software environments
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours (9:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with field service, landscaping, tree care, or construction-related businesses
- Knowledge of data migration processes
- Experience with workflow automation or process optimization
- Understanding of customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and engagement metrics.
