CTO / Head of Engineering and Product (Islamic Digital Banking Platform)

As our CTO & Head of Product, you’ll architect the tech stack, lead product innovation, and oversee vendor integrations that power a next-generation Halal banking experience. You’ll combine visionary strategy with hands-on execution to bring ethical fintech to life.
 

What You’ll Do:

• · Design and own our entire tech architecture (Mambu, Thought Machine, or custom core).
• · Lead the development of digital banking products — accounts, cards, FX, payments, zakat, lending.
• · Integrate with major fintech vendors and card issuing APIs (Solarisbank, Marqeta, Thredd).
• · Build and mentor a global engineering team.
• · Ensure everything we build aligns with Islamic finance principles and global compliance standards.
   

You Bring:

• · Experience in fintech or neobanking (Revolut, Monzo, Wise, N26, etc.).
• · Deep understanding of core banking, cards, and payment rails.
• · Proven ability to manage product and engineering simultaneously.
• · A mission-driven mindset — to create wealth ethically, transparently, and at scale.
• · Track record in Europe/Russia/Singapore/HK/UK/GCC
