Static Motion Designer
Resposibilities:
- Participate in developing creative hypotheses.
- Select visual solutions tailored to campaign goals and target audiences.
- Quickly adapt creatives based on test results.
- Analyze the performance of visuals (CTR, CR, CPA) and improve them based on data.
Brand Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve the brandβs visual identity β unified style, structure, and visual principles.
Quality Control
- Ensure high quality of visual content at all stages β from concept to final version.
Creative & Template Library Management
- Maintain and develop a library of creatives and templates for the media buyers and marketing team.
Process Optimization
- Optimize the content creation workflow by implementing fast and convenient working templates.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with all departments across the company.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a designer (experience in digital, performance, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage).
- Excellent proficiency with AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or equivalent software).
- Strong understanding of composition, animation, typography, and color theory.
- Creativity, strong sense of rhythm and motion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Figma, Premiere Pro, Blender, or other 3D tools.
- Understanding of performance design principles and working with key metrics (CTR, CPA, CR).
