Static Motion Designer

Resposibilities:

  • Participate in developing creative hypotheses.
  • Select visual solutions tailored to campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Quickly adapt creatives based on test results.
  • Analyze the performance of visuals (CTR, CR, CPA) and improve them based on data.

Brand Visual Identity

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity β€” unified style, structure, and visual principles.

Quality Control

  • Ensure high quality of visual content at all stages β€” from concept to final version.

Creative & Template Library Management

  • Maintain and develop a library of creatives and templates for the media buyers and marketing team.

Process Optimization

  • Optimize the content creation workflow by implementing fast and convenient working templates.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with all departments across the company.

    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a designer (experience in digital, performance, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent proficiency with AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or equivalent software).
  • Strong understanding of composition, animation, typography, and color theory.
  • Creativity, strong sense of rhythm and motion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Figma, Premiere Pro, Blender, or other 3D tools.
  • Understanding of performance design principles and working with key metrics (CTR, CPA, CR).
