Part-Time

The project is a digital platform for a law firm that combines document management, electronic signatures, automated integration with French services, as well as tools for efficient communication and invoicing. All of this is designed to make lawyers’ daily processes faster, more transparent, and more accurate.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development, preferably with Laravel
• Solid expertise in MySQL/MariaDB
• Ability to perform code audits and produce technical documentation
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and services
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:

• Conduct code audits and prepare clear, structured technical documentation in integrations with electronic signature services (e.g., DocuSign, YouSign, etc.)
• Develop and maintain API integrations with the French postal service for document search and processing
• Build and support Outlook/Exchange connectors to ensure smooth communication workflows
• Integrate and configure IP telephony systems, including the development of a time-tracking module to log lawyers’ call durations for billing purposes
