Senior Project Manager $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our teams!

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience leading IT projects and cross-functional teams of 10+.
- Delivered full project lifecycle from initiation to post-launch, meeting business KPIs, timelines, and budget.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, QA, and CI/CD processes, including automation and DevOps collaboration.
- Skilled in project documentation (charters, schedules, RAID, RACI, and stakeholder matrices) and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Azure DevOps).
- Drives accountability, collaboration, and motivation within diverse technical and non-technical teams.

Will be plus:

- Experience with process automation initiatives.
- Contribution to knowledge-sharing, mentoring, or internal process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate and lead a new CRM project – from concept to rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with the Product team, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, scope, and roadmap goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Plan, track, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage stakeholders and communication – provide transparent reporting, regular status updates, and timely escalation of critical issues.
- Support process automation initiatives, integrating automation tools to improve delivery efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Foster a strong delivery culture built on transparency, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to ensure CRM functionality meets end-user needs and business value targets.
- Monitor and report on project metrics, ensuring clear visibility of progress, risk, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
