We invite a skilled, driven, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our global team. You’ll work with a leading U.S. regtech and fintech company building blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions. In this role, you'll oversee project managers and cross-functional engineering teams, drive processes, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of client initiatives.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of project management experience leading distributed engineering teams 
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience supervising PMs or team leads and overseeing delivery and team performance
• Proven ability to build teams, improve delivery processes, and coordinate mixed internal/client teams
• Hands-on expertise in key project management disciplines, including cost, scope, schedule, stakeholder, risk, and quality management
• Strong stakeholder management across product and technical leadership
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high volumes of stakeholder interactions and meetings across time zones
• Conflict mitigation and resolution skills
• High level of maturity, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard PM tools
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience in fintech, regtech, or blockchain domains, with knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, and related financial concepts

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution 

In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and manage stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives. 

• Build, staff, and manage multiple cross-functional engineering Scrum teams, including mixed internal and client resources 
• Supervise other PMs and team leads, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent delivery quality 
• Oversee project delivery across multiple client initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and quality 
• Coordinate closely with client and internal stakeholders, facilitating meetings across global time zones to ensure alignment and clear communication 
• Drive and improve project management processes, including planning, reporting, and documentation
