Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced BizDev to become a key player in building partnerships and driving the growth of our media buying operations.
This role combines negotiations with top advertisers, financial control over payouts, and deep traffic analytics. It’s not just about “finding offers” — you will help shape strategy and directly influence the company’s revenue.
What You Will Do
- Partnership Development: identify and attract new advertisers (including international ones through networking at conferences and closed events), manage negotiations, deals, and integrations.
- Financial Control: negotiate better payout rates, ensure timely and full payments, resolve disputes, and secure clawbacks when partners cut payments.
- Traffic Analytics: assess traffic quality by buyer/partner, manage traffic allocation to maximize ROI.
- Close Collaboration with Media Buying: work hand-in-hand with the Head of Media Buying, analyzing results, identifying strategic priorities, and supporting the team in scaling profitable directions.
- Infrastructure Development: build and maintain dashboards and reporting in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
First 3 Months Focus
- Conduct an audit of current traffic and performance.
- Identify which partnerships to scale and which to discontinue.
- Establish a new collaboration model with the Media Buying team to drive revenue growth.
What We Expect
- Proven experience in iGaming (affiliate marketing, gambling) — must have.
- Hands-on background in media buying or business development within traffic arbitrage.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (for partner communication and conferences).
- Ability to travel internationally / relocate from Ukraine if needed.
What We Offer
- Time Off. 21 working days of paid vacation, 25 paid sick leave days (no doctor’s note required), and 3 fully paid personal days per year
- Learning & Development. $600 annual budget for courses, conferences, or mentorship — whatever helps you grow
- Business Travel. Visits to our main office in Cyprus and international conferences — meet the team in person and stay on top of industry trends
- Team Culture. Regular team buildings, offsites, and company events — we work hard but also celebrate together
- Autonomy & Ownership. Transparent processes, no micromanagement — we trust you to take the lead and drive results.
