3D Animator for YouTube Shorts

We are expanding our portfolio of YouTube channels and are launching a new brand focused on educational short-form content. Our goal is to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing animations similar to the style and pacing of these creators:

• SimpliHow

We are looking for a talented 3D Animator who can work with us on a day-to-day basis and is interested in a long-term collaboration. You will be responsible for bringing scripts and ideas to life through dynamic 3D animation tailored specifically for YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations optimized for short-form vertical content
• Work closely with our creative team to develop concepts, storylines, and visual styles
• Deliver consistent output on a regular schedule
• Implement feedback quickly and maintain a smooth production pipeline
• Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and visual impact

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D animation (please include portfolio or reel)
• Ability to create stylized, engaging, and fast-paced animations suitable for YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D software 
• Reliability and readiness for ongoing daily work

Nice to Have

• Experience creating educational or explainer-style content
• Experience with character animation
• Familiarity with YouTube short-form content trends
