    We are currently looking for a 3D-animator to share our core company values:

    We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

    • Full-time job;
    • Office-based in Kyiv.

     

    Main responsibilities:

    • Skinning, Rigging, and 3D Animation for game projects in Unity3D.

     

    Our ideal candidate:

    • 2 years of experience in GameDev as a 3D Animator;
    • A showreel showcasing your work;
    • Ability to create both simple and complex character/vehicle rigs (use of auto-rigging tools is acceptable);
    • Ability to animate humanoid and non-humanoid characters, as well as mechanical objects, while taking into account engine constraints;
    • Ability to work precisely with animation references;
    • Understanding of anatomical movement and principles of stylized animation;
    • Experience working with Unity or other game engines;
    • Experience with MoCap cleanup;
    • Passion for games!

     

    Nice to have:

    • Ability to create visual effects (VFX);
    • Skills in UI animation;
    • Experience working in Spine;
    • Understanding of the mobile games market;
    • Experience with 2D editing tools.

    We are currently looking for an Integrated Support and Feedback Animator to support the production and implementation of animation assets for AAA games. You will play a vital role in managing animation asset ingestion, review workflows, and coordination with internal and external teams.

    We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

    • Full-time position (remote or hybrid)
    • Flexible availability across time zones (core CET hours with early/late call flexibility)
       

    Main responsibilities:

    Outsource Package Preparation

    • Collect and organize references and source files for external vendors
    • Review or draft clear instructions and enhance briefs where necessary
    • Work with the Animation Outsource Manager to prep and deliver well-scoped packages
       

    Vendor Delivery Support & Feedback

    • Receive daily deliveries and verify that all feedback has been addressed
    • Prep and export builds; review animations in-game as needed
    • Write detailed package summaries and submit to Outsource Manager or Lead for review
    • Send clear, actionable feedback to animation vendors
    • Provide overlays, draw-overs, and reference assets when useful
       

    Animation Implementation Support

    • Create block-in animations to unblock downstream setup teams
    • Polish or resolve minor animation issues in existing assets
    • Create or update blocking animations for game integration
    • Provide polish passes on block-in animations
       

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Solid artistic and technical understanding of 3ds Max and Maya animation workflows
    • Basic knowledge of asset ingestion for game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal, or proprietary tools)
    • Willingness to learn proprietary pipelines and custom tools
    • Strong fundamentals in 3D keyframe animation
    • Proficient in collaborative platforms like Jira, Miro, and Confluence
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills
    • Able to contribute live during reviews and planning sessions
       

    Nice to have:

    • Experience exporting and setting up assets for game engines
    • Prior experience producing art for shipped games
    • Familiarity with motion capture, 3D modeling, rigging, or skinning
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical animation issues
    • Comfortable writing documentation or process notes
    • Experience using issue tracking systems like Jira
