Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Own the full HR budgeting process end-to-end across 10+ projects
- Maintain and improve a large ecosystem of interconnected budget templates (~90 files), links, scripts, and calculations
- Consolidate and validate all manager-level inputs; ensure correct formats, troubleshoot errors, prevent data loss, and guarantee accuracy of all HR cost submissions
- Automate and optimize budgeting workflows: update templates, implement new logic, streamline processes, manage technical setup of all budget files
- Perform deep HR cost analysis and benchmarking
- Compare year-over-year trends across all cost categories and analyze next-year strategy
- Prepare operational, payroll, and ad-hoc reports for decision-makers
Executive HR Dashboard
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Executive HR Dashboard
- Integrate data from multiple sources (AWS, Intercom, HR systems, etc.)
- Set up and optimize data flows, ensure correct mapping and automated updates
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, insightful visualizations
- Cover metrics such as business efficiency per employee, support performance, budget efficiency, and cross-project comparisons
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage advanced analytics to track changes in costs, staffing levels, HR metrics, and survey results
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the business
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within HR analytics and budgeting to improve efficiency and accuracy
HR Data Management
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across HR systems to ensure consistent and high-quality HR data
- Performance Assessment Analysis
- Analyze performance assessment results and survey data
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in employee performance and engagement
Strategic Insights & Consultative Support
- Act as a consultative partner to HR and other stakeholders
- Translate business needs into actionable analytical projects
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key analytical resource within the HR team
- Partner with People Operations and internal stakeholders
- Drive strategic HR analytics initiatives and ensure execution aligned with business goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in HR analytics, with a strong focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization; experience in iGaming is highly preferred
- HRIS and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced data analysis techniques, along with familiarity with data science or statistical analysis tools
- Technical Skills: Advanced Google Sheets (Apps Scripts is highly preferred), Power BI/Looker skills for comprehensive data visualization and reporting, SQL Core HR Knowledge
- Іn-depth knowledge of staff cost analysis and HR metrics, with the ability to link them to business performance indicators
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for interpreting complex data
- Core Skills: High level of Responsibility, Ownership and Initiative to independently drive projects and transform data insights into actionable recommendations
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex analytical insights to stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Confident English language skills
