We are looking for a full-time CRO Specialist
Our company is hiring a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist with experience working on e-commerce brands. You should understand how online stores work, what drives user behavior, and how to optimize pages for better performance and higher sales.

Requirements
 

• Proven experience with e-commerce projects
• Strong understanding of CRO principles
• Experience with heatmaps, user flow analysis, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
• Ability to work full-time and deliver consistent results
