Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Account Manager to join Code2Day. The role combines full-cycle recruitment with client account ownership. You will work directly with founders and hiring managers, manage relationships, run searches across multiple geographies, and deliver high-quality talent in Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and C-level roles.
This position requires strong communication, excellent English (C1), and experience working with clients and candidates across Europe, LATAM, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Run full-cycle recruiting for roles in:
- Sales (SDR, AE, AM, RevOps)
- Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Python, .NET, Odoo, DevOps, ML)
- Delivery (PM, BA, QA, Product)
- Marketing (Performance, Content, Growth)
- Executive & C-level roles
- Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple countries.
- Use sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS, databases, and outbound sourcing.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with structured summaries and recommendations.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Run intake/discovery calls to define requirements and success criteria.
- Provide weekly updates, reports, and hiring insights.
- Manage expectations, deadlines, and hiring roadmaps.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (staff augmentation, RPO, new roles).
- Resolve issues quickly and ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience
- 4+ years of work in a recruitment agency, RPO provider, or staffing firm.
- Experience hiring Sales, Tech, Delivery, Marketing, and C-level roles.
- Experience working with clients and candidates across Europe, LATAM, and North America.
- Strong experience in managing accounts and being the main client contact.
- Proven track record of fast delivery and high match quality.
Skills
- C1 English (spoken and written).
- Deep sourcing knowledge and high outbound sourcing capability.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
- High organization level (ATS discipline, reporting, weekly updates).
