Senior Frontend Developer (SvelteKit / TailwindCSS)

About the Project:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to continue development on a task- and documentation platform for FTTH installations. The current platform is built using SvelteKit, BitsUI, TailwindCSS, Paraglide i18n, and Directus. The goal is to reuse the existing architecture for speed while adding new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continue development and improvement of the existing platform.

- Implement new features based on a prioritized backlog of approximately 15 items.

- Collaborate with the current team (1 FTE) and the project’s stakeholders, including the CEO.

- Work closely with the team to understand existing code, architecture, and technical requirements.

- Ensure high-quality code, maintainability, and performance.

- Support documentation and testing efforts where required.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with SvelteKit, BitsUI, TailwindCSS, Paraglide i18n, and Directus.

- Senior-level frontend development experience.

- Experience working with existing codebases and improving platforms efficiently.

- Strong English communication skills.

- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

- Experience with FTTH or similar task/documentation platforms (bonus).

- Familiarity with agile workflows and backlog prioritization.
