DevOps Engineer $$$$ Offline

A fast-growing Ukrainian-Israeli product fintech and blockchain company is looking for a DevOps Engineer. This is a key technical role that involves managing infrastructure, optimizing server performance, and ensuring product stability in international markets.

We are looking for:

•  Specialist with a deep understanding of server architecture, network configurations, and remote administration tools

•  Strong expertise in Linux at an advanced level

•  Experience in administering and managing Kubernetes clusters (monitoring, logging, autoscaling, updates)

•  Practical experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, MongoDB (replication, backups, parameter optimization)

•  Knowledge and experience with Git: configuring pipelines, managing Runners, optimizing CI/CD processes, integrating GitLab Kubernetes Agent

•  Experience managing Cloudflare services (DNS, Load Balancing, Origin Rules, performance and security optimization)

•  Experience with hypervisors VMware ESXi, Proxmox VE

•  Confident scripting skills in Bash (any level of complexity)

•  Experience in process automation

Key Responsibilities:

•  Ensure stable operation of server infrastructure and optimize its performance

•  Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, implement scaling mechanisms and service updates

•  Maintain uninterrupted operation of databases (PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, MongoDB) with replication and backup systems in place

•  Implement and improve CI/CD processes, maintain pipelines and Runners

•  Manage Cloudflare configurations to ensure product performance and security

•  Administer virtualization environments based on VMware ESXi and Proxmox VE

•  Configure monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and ensure transparent logging

•  Automate routine processes using Bash scripts and other tools

•  Organize backup systems and regularly perform test-restores to verify reliability

•  Implement infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives

Nice to have:

•  Knowledge of Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure automation

•  Experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto projects will be an advantage
