Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Gambling)
 

Responsibilities:

• Search for and onboard webmasters, partners, affiliates, and publishers to the Revenue Share affiliate program.
• Drive traffic acquisition across multiple GEOs.
• Analyze and evaluate traffic quality.

Requirements:

• Proactivity, ambition, and ability to work independently.
• 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry (iGaming / Gambling).
• Proven experience with the RevShare model (Hybrid and CPA are not relevant).
• Active/live base of webmasters.
• Experience working with CIS or MENA regions is required.
• English — B2 level.

Conditions:

• Fully remote.
• Fixed salary + performance bonus (discussed individually).
