Finance Operation Manager

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product IT company that builds scalable digital B2B platforms. We are looking for a Finance Operation Manager  — someone who will support the current Operating Manager in maintaining the financial operational part of the affiliate direction and ensuring the accuracy of internal data.

Here, you’ll work a lot with data, documents, reconciliations, and systems — and you’ll have great opportunities to grow in the financial field.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all accruals, write-offs and adjustments in affiliate systems according to established flow instructions.
• Verify and update data in the internal database.
• Reconcile internal marketing cost records with affiliate platform data.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Confident Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience working with databases and performing data reconciliation.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information (written and verbal).
• Experience collaborating with different departments.
• English level: Intermediate (written & spoken).
• Ukrainian: native or C1.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with affiliate platforms (Referon, Affilka) is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
