Product Manager Affiliate $$$$ Offline

PIN-UP.TRAFFIC is a group of companies within the PIN-UP Global that provides quality, payback traffic to customer products and services in markets where they have a presence. It has been operating since 2016 under the flagship project of the group of companies – the PIN-UP Partners partnership program.  

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team!

     Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in marketing, affiliate, or promo-focused teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels (from registration to first deposit).
• Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.
• Proven experience working with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver promo tools or creative materials.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — ability to interpret promo performance metrics and make actionable decisions.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and optimization.

• Confident use of project management systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana).
   

  Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve the library of promo materials (landing pages, creatives, banners, etc.).
• Oversee analytics of promo effectiveness by GEO and traffic sources; identify growth points and optimize performance.
• Develop and manage the R&D direction, focusing on testing new promo formats, technologies, and approaches.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new promotional opportunities.
• Ensure high performance and alignment of the design and development teams.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to improve conversion rates through the funnel (registration → first deposit).
