About Me & the Workflow

Hi there, Siia is here 👋🏻 I’m a Senior Product Designer working across several parallel projects: web applications, SaaS platforms, internal tools, and data-heavy dashboards.

I’m looking for a designer who can become a strong day-to-day partner: fast, structured, systematic, and flexible. The pace is high, tasks vary, and quality matters.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing interfaces for web apps, SaaS products, and dashboards.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Working with design systems: components, tokens, variants, libraries.
• Keeping Figma files clean, structured, and consistent.
• Participating in syncs and feedback sessions.
• Switching between tasks and projects quickly in a fast-paced environment.

What Matters to Me

1. Design System Skills

• Strong understanding of components, states, and component logic.
• Ability to work with tokens and maintain consistency.
• Experience building or extending design libraries.

2. Experience with Complex Interfaces

• Web apps, SaaS products, internal systems, tools with data complexity.
• Tables, filters, modals, multi-state elements.
• Understanding layered UX logic and structure.

3. Independence & Flexibility

• Ability to research quickly and find relevant solutions.
• Use of AI (ChatGPT, Freepik AI) for:
  • mock content
  • text generation
  • media/illustration generation
  • speeding up routine tasks
• Adaptability and comfort switching between very different tasks.
• Ability to communicate and explain your design decisions in English freely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI.
• Portfolio with complex interface work (not just landing pages).
• Strong Figma skills: autolayouts, components, tokens, variants.
• Understanding of UX logic and design system principles.
• English — Intermediate+.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product teams.
• Experience creating or supporting design systems.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, health, or B2B.
