Senior AI/ML Engineer

This role is about designing true reasoning systems that understand, analyze, and evaluate credit risk — not prompt-hacking or building simple chatbots.

Responsibilities

Agentic & Reasoning Systems

- Design and implement stateful, multi-agent pipelines capable of end-to-end credit analysis.

- Develop and optimize prompt chains using DSPy, GEPA, and similar frameworks.

- Move beyond brittle, manual prompts to programmatic reasoning optimization.

Advanced Reasoning Techniques

- Implement and experiment with:

Chain-of-Thought

Tree-of-Thought

Graph-of-Thought

Other structured reasoning strategies

Evaluation & Observability

- Create a rigorous evaluation system using LLM-as-a-Judge and scenario-based testing.

- Build complete traceability for all agent actions, tool calls, and intermediate reasoning for debugging, audit, and compliance.

Architecture & Data

- Architect memory management, retrieval, and orchestration strategies for multi-agent workflows with human-in-the-loop review.

- Build ETL pipelines for structured, unstructured, vector, and graph data.

- Develop dashboards to monitor cost, latency, correctness, and concept drift.

Infrastructure

- Maintain AI services in AWS / Azure environments.

- Work with modern DevOps: CI/CD, containers, IaC.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and founders.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of commercial engineering experience with Python 

- Hands-on experience with TS, React, Next.js

- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-level agentic AI or complex reasoning systems.

- Deep expertise with the modern LLMOps stack, including:

LangChain

Langfuse / W&B / Helicone

- Strong data engineering background: ETL, SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs, graph data models.

- Solid understanding of AI agent architectures:
prompt engineering, RAG, memory, HITL, tool integration, multi-agent control (MCP).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps best practices.

- Experience with RLHF/RLAIF, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning.

- Experience with graph data models.
