About the Role

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to build a seamless, engaging, and culture-driven experience for Promova teammates — across our Kyiv and Lviv offices and remote teams.
This role focuses on creating a seamless and vibrant workplace experience, strengthening company culture and enhancing employees’ everyday well-being.
You’ll join the Talent Team and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to help shape how Promova feels from the inside.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead in creating a unified employee experience, managing office operations, events, and cultural programs that connect hybrid teams. New approaches to engagement, communication, and well-being at work will be explored, tested, and built.

 

Culture and Engagement

  • Support and organise hybrid events and small engagement activities
  • Support teammate connection, internal communication and smooth day-to-day collaboration
  • Assist with logistics for conferences, meetups and employer brand activities
  • Help deliver Episodes and internal gatherings

 

Workplace and Office Experience

  • Support a comfortable and well-organised office environment
  • Manage daily office needs including supplies, foods and logistics
  • Assist remote teammates with access and basic operational requests

 

People Care and Merch

  • Coordinate welcome kits, gifts and key people rituals
  • Manage merch production, storage and delivery for office and remote employees
  • Maintain simple stock tracking and ensure timely restocking

 

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience:

  • 2–4 years in employee experience, internal comms, HR operations, or office/workplace management.
  • Proven track record in event organization and vendor management.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, people-first environments.
  • Confident communication in English (B2+).
  • Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization and ownership skills.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with AI or automation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma AI, Notion AI).
  • Knowledge of budget planning and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva or PowerPoint for presentations.
