Recruitment team lead


Are you a proactive and experienced Recruitment Lead who can manage the full recruitment process independently? Then we are looking for you!

We are searching for a Recruitment Lead who is ready to take full ownership of our hiring process and want to grow to Head of Requirement department role.
You will work closely with hiring managers and leads to improve recruiting processes, and bring great talents to our teams.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience  in Recruitment ( at least 1 + year as a team lead) ;

  • Experience managing small and mid size teams;

  • Good knowledge of ATS systems (PeopleForce will be a plus);

  • Experience working with recruitment metrics and analytics: the ability to collect and analyze data, form conclusions and propose solutions based on data;

  • English level B2+;

  • Experience using different interview techniques;

  • Experience in pre-sales activities;

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in candidate evaluation, reporting, and communication.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment team;

  • Conduct interviews using various methods and techniques (when needed);

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs;

  • Set KPI's to track team's performance;

  • Keep all recruitment data organized in the ATS system (PeopleForce);

  • Help improve and optimize hiring processes.
