HR Generalist

We’re looking for a HR Generalist  who can own full-cycle recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations inside a fast-growing slot provider.

You’ll work closely with founders, leads, and project teams — hiring people who will shape the future of Opti Play and helping maintain a healthy, transparent work environment.

This role is for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast, startup-style setting.


🧩 What you’ll do

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles: Art, Frontend, Backend, QA, Game Design;
  • Build sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, X-Ray, Telegram channels, niche job boards;
  • Manage offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth candidate experience;
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees and escalate issues when needed;
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (checklists, welcome flows, exit interviews);
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines;
  • Handle administrative tasks: NDAs, contracts, agreements, personnel records;
  • Support HR Lead with engagement, performance, probation reviews, and people analytics;
  • Act as a point of support for employees — helping solve day-to-day operational questions.


🧠 What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles;
  • English level B2 — enough for confident interviews and daily communication;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks at once;
  • Comfortable working in chaotic, fast-paced, startup-like environments;
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Telegram sourcing, job boards;
  • Experience with international hiring (EU, LATAM, CIS or Asia) — big plus;
  • Background in iGaming or small companies/startups — strong advantage;
  • Understanding of basic HR frameworks: 1:1s, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, employee support.

  • Knowledge of employer branding basics and job ad creation;
  • Understanding of basic labor processes for contractors/FTE (EU or global);
  • Experience running HR initiatives, surveys, or engagement activities.
