Product Manager $$$ Offline
Product Manager — Remote (EU) | US Startup
Location: Europe (3–6h overlap with US hours)
Type: Full-time, remote
Focus: Product discovery, execution, specs, user research, ruthless prioritization
About Us
We’re a fast-moving U.S. startup building real products, shipping fast, and solving serious customer problems. We operate with high ownership, zero bureaucracy, fast decisions, and a culture where everyone sweats the details.
We’re hiring a Product Manager who thinks like a founder — someone who doesn’t wait for tasks, doesn’t need process to function, and can turn chaos into clarity.
If you need perfect specs, long roadmaps, or a corporate environment — this isn’t for you.
If you love building things end-to-end, working with ambitious engineers, and making high-impact decisions — you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own product from problem → idea → spec → execution → launch → iteration.
- Understand customers deeply; talk to users often
- Turn vague problems into clear, actionable product direction
- Write crisp specifications, flows, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize ruthlessly — cut scope, move fast
- Work closely with engineering and design
- Define and track KPIs that actually matter
- Run tight feedback loops (research → ship → measure → iterate)
- Think several steps ahead: market, competition, risks, constraints
- Identify opportunities and build things even without being asked
You are the person who keeps the product moving forward — not the person waiting for someone else to move it.
What We Expect (The Mindset That Matters)
Let’s be very clear:
This is not a role for someone who:
- needs heavy process
- waits to be assigned tasks
- hides behind “dependencies”
- only writes Jira tickets
- avoids responsibility
- wants low pressure and predictable days
This is a role for someone who:
- takes extreme ownership of outcomes
- keeps everyone aligned and moving
- thrives in ambiguity
- is proactive, not reactive
- speaks up, pushes back, and proposes better solutions
- understands that early-stage startups require a real grind
- doesn’t cop out when things get complex
- quickly becomes irreplaceable through impact
