E-commerce IT Project Manager (Shopify, Bigcommerce) $$ Offline

WHO WE ARE: 
Bandeira Agency is a Ukrainian e-commerce agency specializing in designing and building online stores, primarily on Shopify and BigCommerce.
 

Our clients come from all over the world — the USA, the UK, Israel, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and beyond.

We are a small team, and we don’t like to complicate things with unnecessary bureaucracy and procedures just for the sake of procedures. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 
Due to the fast growth over this year, we realised that we need a project manager that understands e-commerce principles and customer journey, has experience with Shopify and fluent English. This position requires business analytics skills - you will be involved in requirement creation and analysis.

We need a person who asks as much questions as needed in order to understand 
- why client needs the feature

- why dev and/or design team proposes the solution they propose

As a manager, you are 'the project keeper', you need to know both business and implementation logic behind each feature. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
- A proven experience with Shopify and other e-com SaaS 
- English level that allows you easily communicate with foreign clients on weekly calls
- At least basic understanding of ADA and WCAG for US market
- Understanding what ecommerce customer journey is
- Calm reaction to the clients constantly changing their mind and requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Daily communication with clients (calls, emails, trello, slack) 
- Team and task management 
- Scope analysis
- Discovery sessions with clients
- Project documentation (sometimes you create it, sometimes you control developers and QA that have to document their part) 
- Keeping an eye on e-commerce trends, SaaS updates, new features releases 
- Researches - a loooot of them. You constantly need to research plugins, 3rd party tools, alternative solutions
- Acceptance testing - you check the features after QA to make sure the flow is user-friendly and meets your client's needs. 
- Feature demonstrations on calls
