Project Manager
MISSION
Drive execution across development, design, marketing, SEO, and SMM for a startup skincare brand operating on US market. Ensure landing pages, funnels, tracking, design and creative assets are launched on time and at high quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website & Tech Execution
- Coordinate Shopify developer for new designs, theme updates, checkout and funnel improvements.
- Oversee tracking setup (Pixels, GA4, GTM, server-side events).
Creative & Landing Pages
- Brief designers on landing pages, product images, and brand, marketing and creative assets.
- Manage drafts, revisions, approvals, and publishing.
Marketing & Funnel Management
- Oversee email flow creation (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, promos).
- Coordinate SMM schedules (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and content needs.
- Manage sales funnels and landing page launches from structure โ execution โ optimization.
Operations & Team Coordination
- Run weekly sprints and manage tasks.
- Set priorities, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Translate founder direction into clear project briefs and hold team accountable.
Experience
- 3+ years project management (e-commerce and shopify preferred).
- Strong English communication - B2 or higher.
- Proven experience with funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows.
- Working understanding of SEO + SMM.
- Comfortable overseeing dev + design + marketing simultaneously.
