Business Analysts $ Offline

About the role

We’re looking for Business Analysts who want real, practical experience with cutting-edge AI projects for domestic and international clients.

You will work directly with an engineering team that has already designed and delivered dozens of AI solutions. The team is really open and ready to do mentorship on how to think, structure, and communicate in AI projects if needed.

We’re also happy to consider candidates who are ready to combine BA and PM responsibilities (planning, coordination) but that’s not a requirement.

What you will do

• Work with the our team and client stakeholders to clarify business goals and success metrics for the projects
• Help distinguish requirements, and structure them in a way that is usable by engineering teams
• Participate in discovery and solution design
• Collect, analyse and formalise requirements, user flows and edge cases
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g. SoR, SRS, WBS, basic solution overviews, backlog structures)
• Support communication between business stakeholders and the engineering team
• Track assumptions, risks and constraints in a context that changes quickly

Requirements

We are open to BA candidates of different seniority levels (Junior–Senior). Key for us are mindset and motivation:

• Strong interest in AI (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation) and willingness to learn fast
• 1+ year of experience in a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / System Analyst / Project Manager or similar role (commercial, freelance or internal projects)
• Experience with writing and structuring requirements (user stories, use cases, specifications, etc.)
• Ability to ask clarifying questions and challenge assumptions
• Responsibility, reliability, and readiness to own your part of the work

Will be a plus

• Experience in preparing project documentation (SoR, SRS, WBS) is a big plus
• Experience with outsourcing / consulting environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Figma or similar
