We are expanding the team and opening a role for a DevOps Architect — a senior-level expert who will own cloud architecture decisions, drive DevOps standards, and design scalable infrastructure solutions.

About the Project

The project involves designing and maintaining a multi-environment cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure supporting distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines.
As a DevOps Architect, you will define and shape cloud architecture, ensure reliability and performance, and guide best practices across the engineering teams.

Architect-Level Responsibilities

• Design cloud and infrastructure architecture from the ground up following best practices.
• Lead technical consulting, solution planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Assess and optimize infrastructure for performance, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
• Define, document, and enforce DevOps standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Guide engineering teams, review designs, and mentor DevOps engineers.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Strong, hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt in production.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectural patterns.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
• Proven background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): incident management, reliability practices.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/EFK).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps workflows.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of cloud & Kubernetes security best practices.
• Hands-on scripting/programming with Python, Go, or Bash.
• Prior experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or cloud design leadership.
