Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect

Due to team expansion, we are opening one vacancy with two possible seniority tracks — we are looking for either a Senior DevOps Engineer or a DevOps Architect (the level will be determined during the interview process).
About the Project
The project focuses on designing and maintaining a multi-environment cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, supporting distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
managing and improving cloud infrastructure,
increasing system reliability and performance,
designing automation and observability solutions,
and (for Architect level) defining infrastructure architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles)
✅ DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure across multiple environments.
Architect, implement, and support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
Work with Kubernetes clusters and tooling (Helm, Kustomize).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in close collaboration with development teams.
Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, EFK).
Lead incident response, execute post-incident analysis, and drive reliability improvements.
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
✅ Additional responsibilities for DevOps Architect
Design cloud and infrastructure architecture from the ground up.
Participate in technical consulting, solution planning, and strategic decision-making.
Assess risks, performance, security, and cost-effective infrastructure design.
Define and enforce DevOps standards, guidelines, and best practices across environments.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Must-Have
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt in production.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectures.
Practical experience with Kubernetes orchestration and related tooling.
Proven background in SRE practices: incident management, reliability engineering.
Experience with monitoring/observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/EFK.
Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps workflows.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
✅ Nice to Have
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
Programming/scripting with Python, Go, or Bash.
Experience with solution design, architecture, or technical consulting
(mandatory for Architect level).
