Blockchain Full-Stack Developer $$$$ Offline

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Full-Stack Developer with expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) development.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of both front-end and back-end blockchain solutions for our rapidly expanding Web3 products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end solutions for decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize smart contracts on blockchain networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Continuously improve the scalability, performance, and security of our blockchain products.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and assist in enforcing best practices across the development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience in smart contract development and integration.
• Solid experience with blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or similar.
• Strong experience in dApp development and understanding of Web3.js or ethers.js.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage, Layer 2 solutions, and blockchain scalability.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in developing complex, distributed systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven hands-on experience in full-stack Web3 development, including front-end (React, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Go, Rust) technologies.
• A deep understanding of smart contract development and blockchain architectures, including consensus mechanisms and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.).
• Strong focus on building secure, high-quality, and scalable blockchain solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to produce well-documented, maintainable code while ensuring best practices in testing and version control.
• Ability to lead architectural decisions and coordinate technical direction for blockchain and dApp projects.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain ecosystems.
• Knowledge of advanced blockchain topics such as Layer 2 scaling solutions, state channels, or sidechains.
• Familiarity with blockchain security best practices, including smart contract auditing and vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• Candidates with equivalent hands-on experience in full-stack development or blockchain engineering are also encouraged to apply.
