Technical Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a specialist experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL), integrations, and marketing automation. You’ll build workflows, funnels, and data connections, and support the migration from Keap → GHL.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize workflows, funnels, pipelines, calendars in GHL.
• Migrate campaigns, emails, and automations from Keap.
• Integrate tools via API, Zapier, or simple scripts.
• Configure domains, DNS, SPF/DKIM, subdomains.
• Set up Zoom automations and troubleshoot tech issues.
• Improve automation processes and system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• CRM automation, email/SMS, triggers, pipelines.
• API integrations + Zapier (multi-step workflows).
• Basic Python/JS for connectors/webhooks.
• DNS configuration experience.
• Good English (B2+).
