The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (Group Head) to lead high-impact projects across Yanarchy’s sales and content operations.
You will manage complex, fast-moving initiatives related to:
- High-growth digital products
- Premium content production
- Large-scale e-commerce platforms
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in structured execution, communicates clearly, and solves problems before they arise.
You will ensure that every project aligns with Yanarchy’s strategic goals, meets the highest standards of quality, and stays compliant with all internal and technical requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing, digital media, entertainment, or large-scale content operations.
- Proven background driving product launches, high-volume content operations, or complex sales/marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level PM tools: Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; English C1+ required.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic conflict-resolution abilities.
- Structured thinking, high accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
You Will
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Build detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution frameworks.
- Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Align stakeholders and keep every initiative connected to Yanarchy’s strategic vision.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional sales team, driving results and high-performance culture.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments and ensure alignment on goals.
- Track team capacity, ensure accountability, and remove operational blockers.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and Sales leadership.
- Deliver clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Identify problems early and develop strong mitigation plans.
Quality Assurance
- Define quality metrics for all deliverables.
- Ensure final outputs meet Yanarchy’s standards of compliance, performance, and user experience.
- Conduct reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.
Process Improvement
- Continuously refine project management systems, documentation, and workflows.
- Implement tools and methodologies that increase predictability and execution speed.
- Build scalable processes that support Yanarchy’s growth and operational efficiency.
