Senior Unity developer
We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help us bring MMO-style wizardry straight into the browser - except instead of dragons and loot boxes, it’s 10,000-player conferences, defense sims, and government training (b2b mmo). Someone with experience in large-scale projects and production environments, capable of establishing strong standards for scalability, reliability, error handling, and system design. No management is involved, nor an architectural position - at this time.
We need someone who is strong and independent, understands work processes and has worked in a big company for three years (does not have to be the last three years, though it’s best).
About the client:
Our vision is divided into two main areas: simulations and MMO B2B. This role focuses on building a web-based MMO platform for businesses.
The product emphasizes minimal gamification and lightweight visuals that run smoothly on any device. We are also working on a designer app to create those MeetEvents. Typical use cases include conferences, online sales events, and company gatherings — essentially replicating physical business experiences in a virtual environment, enhanced with simple, fun games (e.g., trivia, card games, funny interactions and similar activities). The platform will also extend to training scenarios, such as collaborative tasks like assembling an aircraft together.
Requirements:
Our platform brings MMO architecture to the browser, enabling large-scale, real-time interaction for enterprises, defense, and government organizations. From global conferences with tens of thousands of participants to high-fidelity simulations and secure training modules, we deliver scalable and performant solutions accessible even on low-end devices.
