Project Manager – Outsourcing and Staffing Division (m/w/d) to $700 Offline

LSN-IT GmbH is expanding our Outsourcing and Staffing operations and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership and help us build strong relationships with our enterprise clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise customers on all staffing and outsourcing topics
• Manage the full lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, interviews, onboarding and performance follow-up
• Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT specialists
• Run weekly status calls, project reviews and risk assessments
• Track consultant allocations, timesheets, contract renewals and billing milestones
• Ensure compliance with German labour regulations and data protection standards
• Work closely with legal and finance teams on contracts, NDAs, MSAs and rate agreements
• Continuously improve delivery processes and operational efficiency
• Support forecasting, workforce planning and business development activities
