About the Project

You will join a US-based AI startup building an autonomous coding agent capable of training, fine-tuning, and orchestrating other models without human intervention.
The core mission is to replace the workflows of 10+ ML researchers with autonomous agents able to build, validate, and deploy ML models end-to-end.

The platform already has live customers and recently raised new funding to scale the engineering team and accelerate product roadmap delivery.
Contract: Long-term
 

Responsibilities

You will work directly with the CTO to build production-grade AI systems:

• Design and deploy agent workflows that train/evaluate models autonomously
• Build scalable infrastructure for RAG and LLM orchestration
• Implement latest OSS (LangChain, vLLM, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Integrate advanced AI components into real-time pipelines
• Split and scale API services
• Implement containerized inference flows
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for fine-tuning, data preparation, and evaluation
• Support backend scaling of real-time AI agent services

Languages: Python
ML Frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, vLLM, TGI
AI Agent Ecosystem: RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, autonomous agents
Infrastructure: Microservices, APIs, CI/CD, distributed systems
 

Requirements

• 5+ years total АІ/ML Engineering experience
• Python and PyTorch — strong proficiency
• Hands-on work with autonomous agents or agentic AI systems
• Strong ability to design scalable pipelines
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
