Senior AI/ML Engineer Offline
Our outstaff client is a global, interdisciplinary team driving technological innovation in the automotive industry. Their work focuses on building advanced audio systems and integrated technology platforms that elevate the driving experience. By combining research, design, and engineering, they create solutions that enhance infotainment, safety, efficiency, and overall driver enjoyment.
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems that improve engineering workflows and operational efficiency.
The role involves strong hands-on technical expertise, architectural leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define AI/ML technical solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
Coordinate and contribute to end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from research to deployment.
Conduct experiments, validate hypotheses, and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
Implement and refine LLM-based solutions, including prompting strategies and inference optimization.
Ensure best practices in reproducibility, governance, security, and ethical AI.
Integrate feedback from engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience delivering production-grade ML/AI solutions.
Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
4+ years of cloud experience (AWS or Azure).
Strong proficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD for ML.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across disciplines (engineering, product, research).
Must reside in the EU.
