Game Casino Manager

IGaming product is looking for a Game Casino Manager to join our team to work with new brands. We are seeking a candidate with a successful track record in a similar position within the gambling/betting industry. 

Requirements:

• 1,5-2+ years of experience in the Gambling industry in roles such as Game Manager, Casino Manager, Gambling Products Manager, Project Manager, etc., handling responsibilities related to providers and games in online casinos.
• Experience working with Tier 1 .
• Experience with Softswiss platform (a plus).
• Ability to independently identify project weaknesses and set tasks based on work priorities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal company functions to achieve strategic business goals.
• Proven experience in working with providers and achieving commercial results (e.g., discounts, promotions).
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and dynamic industry.
• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly positioning of games across all projects.
• Game management (activating games on projects; sorting games; analyzing game statistics (positive, negative performance); selecting games for promotional campaigns for each project; competitor analysis (sorting, provider availability).
• Preparing game lists for bonuses.
• Creating tournaments.
• Preparing reports (weekly, monthly).
• Securing special discounts and offers on games from providers.
• Working with providers (daily communication in chats; negotiating discounts, promotions, tournaments, etc; monitoring new popular providers).
• Preparing, monitoring, and launching Big Win events.
• Monitoring games performance and RTP.
• Monitoring competitor activities regarding promotions and games.
• Organizing games on the website.
• Conducting game analysis and statistics on the website.
• Checking all games for compliance with bonuses and conditions.
