Payment Support Specialist

Igaming project in the betting industry, focused on expanding presence and offering innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience, is seeking a Payment Support Specialist with experience in customer support and/or working with payment systems (mixed shifts available (morning, day, night). 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payment processes, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving payment processes through data analysis.
• Support customers with payment-related questions and problems, working closely with the customer service teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.
• Maintain and troubleshoot payment systems, update payment methods, and ensure seamless operation within the platform.
• Ensure that security measures are in place to protect sensitive payment information.
• Manage the payment processing workflow, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer support or payment-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills for payment process optimization.
• Proficiency in English (B2-C1) - English-speaking team.
• Understanding of payment systems and security measures.
