SEO Team Lead

We are looking for an SEO Team Lead who feels the drive to break outdated algorithms and build breakthrough strategies that competitors will only learn about after they have already worked. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote product websites: analyze SERPs, build promotion strategies, create technical requirements for Google/Bing/LLM adaptation, and control execution.
• Monitor competitors across GEOs and develop strategies to outperform them.
• Search for, test, and manage SEO vendors and partners.
• Build and coordinate a team working with our products and platform.
• Run any initiatives that can accelerate or increase stable organic traffic growth — research, competitive analysis, funnel/conversion proposals, negotiations, intelligence.

It’s a match if you have:

• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in SEO on European GEOs.
• Experience working closely with product and platform development teams.
• Practical experience with ‘grey’ SEO methods.
• Experience managing and scaling teams, including making difficult personnel decisions.
• Significant experience analysing competitors and developing winning strategies.
• Practical experience automating SEO processes.
• Experience with LLM search and appearing in LLM recommendations would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and responsibility.
