SCOPE OF WORK:
Business Analysis and Reporting Enhancement
The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting a comprehensive business analysis across all company divisions, focusing on the collection, validation, and enhancement of reporting systems. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Data Collection and Understanding
β’ Gather all existing reports and data sources from different company divisions.
β’ Analyze the structure, logic, and origin of each report to understand data flows and reporting methodologies.
β’ Identify inconsistencies, overlaps, or data integrity issues in current reports.
Verification and Validation
β’ Verify the accuracy and reliability of the data sources used in existing reports.
β’ Validate key performance metrics and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
β’ Flag any instances where data appears incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
Reporting System Improvement
β’ Upgrade, enhance, or rebuild reporting systems for each division using the companyβs software tools and approved technologies.
β’ Design and implement improved report formats that enhance clarity, usability, and analytical value.
β’ Establish clear processes for ongoing report maintenance and updates.
Identification of Gaps and Development of New Reports
β’ Determine which critical reports or metrics are missing or underdeveloped.
β’ Develop new reports and dashboards within company systems to address identified gaps and improve decision-making visibility.
Documentation and Explanatory Notes
β’ Provide comprehensive documentation and explanatory notes for each report, detailing:
β’ The purpose and intended use of the report.
β’ Key metrics, data sources, and methodologies used.
β’ Guidance on interpreting data, especially in cases where results may be incomplete or potentially inaccurate.
Communication and Deliverables
β’ Deliver validated reports to relevant departments and stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.
β’ Present findings and recommendations on how to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
β’ Provide training or briefings, if necessary, to ensure teams understand and can effectively use the new or updated reports
