SCOPE OF WORK:

 

Business Analysis and Reporting Enhancement

 

The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting a comprehensive business analysis across all company divisions, focusing on the collection, validation, and enhancement of reporting systems. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following:

 

 Data Collection and Understanding

 • Gather all existing reports and data sources from different company divisions.

 • Analyze the structure, logic, and origin of each report to understand data flows and reporting methodologies.

 • Identify inconsistencies, overlaps, or data integrity issues in current reports.

 

 Verification and Validation

 • Verify the accuracy and reliability of the data sources used in existing reports.

 • Validate key performance metrics and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

 • Flag any instances where data appears incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

 

 Reporting System Improvement

 • Upgrade, enhance, or rebuild reporting systems for each division using the company’s software tools and approved technologies.

 • Design and implement improved report formats that enhance clarity, usability, and analytical value.

 • Establish clear processes for ongoing report maintenance and updates.

 

 Identification of Gaps and Development of New Reports

 • Determine which critical reports or metrics are missing or underdeveloped.

 • Develop new reports and dashboards within company systems to address identified gaps and improve decision-making visibility.

 

 Documentation and Explanatory Notes

 • Provide comprehensive documentation and explanatory notes for each report, detailing:

 • The purpose and intended use of the report.

 • Key metrics, data sources, and methodologies used.

 • Guidance on interpreting data, especially in cases where results may be incomplete or potentially inaccurate.

 

 Communication and Deliverables

 • Deliver validated reports to relevant departments and stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.

 • Present findings and recommendations on how to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

 • Provide training or briefings, if necessary, to ensure teams understand and can effectively use the new or updated reports
