We are expanding our international presence and launching new business lines across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. For this purpose, we are searching for a strong General Manager who will lead the full-cycle launch and operational growth of a B2C casino direction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience launching and operating a B2C online casino in Tier 1 or Tier 2 markets — this is mandatory.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming (GM / Managing Director / COO / Head of Country / Business Unit Lead).
• Deep understanding of iGaming product structure: platform, providers, CRM, marketing, payments, compliance.
• Strong strategic and financial management skills (including P&L ownership).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ people.
• High level of autonomy and decision-making ownership.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and drive results in high-growth environments.
• English B2–C1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Tier 1 / Tier 2 regions.
• Full ownership of launching and scaling a B2C casino, including operations, product, marketing, finance, and compliance.
• Build and manage a cross-functional team dedicated to the business line.
• Oversee operational, technical, and financial workflows of the new market direction.
• Drive competitive acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and market standards.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and performance.
• Establish strategic partnerships and represent the brand at relevant industry events.
• Maintain high autonomy in strategic and operational decisions.
