Lead Generation Specialist

NorthSouth Tech is a software engineering company that helps businesses scale by providing top-tier development and quality assurance services. We specialize in building high-performance digital solutions for a variety of industries, including fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. We have a couple of sub teams that work separately on certain business directions.

 

We are expanding our new product team and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will drive business growth through smart lead research, multichannel outreach, and communication with prospects, including at global tech conferences.

 

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Build and execute lead generation strategy for B2B services and products.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, CRM workflows, and Upwork.
  • Craft personalized messaging sequences to attract and convert prospects.
  • Qualify leads, identify business needs, and book introduction calls.

Conferences & International Travel

  • Attend global tech, SaaS, and industry conferences (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.) as part of the company delegation.
  • Communicate with potential partners and leads on-site.
  • Collect, qualify, and follow up with leads after events.
  • Represent the company professionally in international environments.

Client Communication

  • Conduct intro calls to understand client needs and present our services/products.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospects.

Process & Reporting

  • Work with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Maintain accurate lead databases and outreach statistics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead gen performance.

     

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B lead generation or sales (preferably in IT outsourcing or SaaS).
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills (B2+).
  • Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email automation, and Upwork.
  • Tech Awareness: Basic understanding of software development, IT outsourcing, and SaaS.
  • Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel internationally several times per year for conferences.
  • Results-Driven: Proven success in achieving outreach and lead conversion KPIs.
