Business Development Manager

CML Team LTD is looking for a proactive and results-driven BDR to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: conduct research, identify potential clients, and generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and others
• Outbound Outreach: craft personalized outreach messages, build sequences, and engage decision-makers across channels
• Sales Enablement: support strategic sales planning, contribute ideas to improve outreach approaches, scripts, and communication materials
• CRM Management: organize and maintain accurate lead data, document all interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups

 

Requirements:
• Experience working in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies (mandatory)
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills
• Proactive, persistent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
