We are looking for a colleague to join the development team of sophisticated software for the global leader in Innovative Orthodontics. The team develops APIs and other services to integrates all internal systems and applications around the process of orthodontic manufacturing.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Software Business Analyst (BA) who would help drive development of a user-facing desktop application. You will work in an agile environment alongside a Product Manager (PM) of your project, its development team and alongside PMs and BAs of related projects in the ecosystem. Your main tasks will include communication with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, decompose and describe business requirements, supporting and guiding an R&D team in developing features according to specified requirements and expectations and preparing and maintaining a reasonable amount of documentation for the developed software product. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Must have

Years of BA experience in IT company

not less than 5 years

Experience in Product Management as a Product Owner

Excellent English (spoken & written); produces clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.

Understanding of the SDLC

Solid high-level systems understanding (frontend / backend / APIs, data flows).

Strong experience with complex, interface-heavy web apps; HCI/ergonomics and user-flow thinking.

Hands-on with collaboration/design tools (Miro, Figma); bonus: familiarity with graphics/CAD/creative tools (Photoshop) or block-logic concepts (e.g., Scratch-like flows).

Able to model business processes and translate algorithmic/logic behavior into requirements.

Proactive, assertive communicator who drives clarification and unblocks stakeholders.

Engineering/combinatorial mindset; fast learner—domain knowledge can be picked up (healthcare experience not required).

Comfortable delivering MVPs under tight timelines and evolving scope.

Nice to have: systems thinking / solution-architecture mindset; can operate as a system analyst when needed.

Practical note: occasional late-evening availability for interviews/syncs is helpful

Nice to have

Technical or software development background and experience is welcome

Knowledge of various notations for process modeling (UML, BPMN, etc.)

Basic understanding of JSON format, REST API

Participation in projects for the development of CAD / CAM applications, 3D applications

Interest in the medical/dental field
