Game Designer / Product Owner (Mini-Games, Gambling)
We are looking for a proactive and product-driven Game Designer / Product Owner who can take ownership of mini-game concepts from idea to release. This role combines creative game design with elements of product management: shaping the vision, defining priorities, coordinating production, analyzing performance, and ensuring the final game meets both player expectations and business goals.
You won’t just “create a GDD and hand it off.” You will drive the product end-to-end - from early ideation to launch, iterations, and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Product Owner, Producer, or similar hybrid role
- Strong understanding of game loops, pacing, balance, and player psychology
- Experience writing clear, structured documentation (GDDs, feature specs, user flows, roadmaps)
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and guide a team through the full game-creation process
- Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, or basic Unity mock-ups
- Understanding of analytics, metrics, and A/B testing
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically, making data-backed decisions
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and leadership qualities
Responsibilities
Game Design
- Create concepts and documentation for mini-games: core loops, mechanics, features, bonus rounds, and monetization logic
- Develop simple, engaging, and fast-paced gameplay tailored for real-money gaming
- Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and UX flows for in-game scenarios
- Balance gameplay based on analytics, A/B testing, and player behavior
- Research market trends, competitor games, and iGaming innovations to propose new concepts
Product Ownership / Production
- Own the product vision and ensure games meet business KPIs (retention, CTR, session time, conversion)
- Build and manage the mini-game roadmap, define priorities, and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with artists, developers, QA, and PM throughout the production cycle
- Align gameplay ideas with business requirements, market regulations, and technical limitations
- Analyze performance post-release, define improvements, and push iterative updates
- Act as the main point of contact for the mini-game direction within the team
Nice to Have - Background in mini-games or gambling products
- Knowledge of math models (RTP, volatility, probability curves)
- Experience prototyping gameplay in Unity
- Familiarity with UX/UI for mobile and real-money gaming
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects in iGaming
We Offer
- Remote and flexible collaboration format
- The opportunity to fully own the product direction for multiple mini-games
- High production autonomy with a team that supports fast decision-making
- The ability to influence the game portfolio and shape new product lines
- Friendly, open-minded team culture
- Long-term cooperation.
